Message: Absolutely stunning! Was visiting to cover the Senior Open Championship and experienced the golf course in both perfect weather conditions and 40mph wind. Would love to be there and play a round.

Message: It was a great day helped by the weather, but good viewing opportunities and useful information easily accessible. Limited crowds for the Seniors Open so good views.
Name: K.M.
Message: Live local so know its a brilliant course so let's test the youngsters and see if they can handle it The course can change dramatically day by day and challenge the world best so let's have the British Open.

Message: Great day at the Senior Open. An absolutely stunning course.

Message: Good pro shop, Clubhouse bit dated but ok, good practice facilities & what a fabulous golf course- set up for open championship qualifying & the wind blew no weak holes no respite even the category 1 lads couldn't break 90!

Message: Fantastic links course. Demanding but fair, just don’t venture any further than the semi-rough. We stayed in the Dormy House and after a great Welsh Breakfast, enjoyed a Sunday morning tee time and some very generous weather. It was late October and the perfect conditions coincided with Wales v France, so the course was maybe a little quieter than usual. We had great service from the team in the clubhouse and from the pro shop and used the excellent practice facilities before going out. The course itself was in great condition, greens were true although a bit slow for our liking. In fairness probably the length they need to be to maintain year round condition. Great views from every hole and lots of wildlife - even the Peregrine Falcon has a good grasp of etiquette, kindly dragging its kill off the green as we approached! A premium experience, will definitely be coming back here.

Message: Possibly one of the best courses the UK has to offer. Sure, it's a bit steep for a green fee, but we'll worth it. Old school rules with excellent and personal service. Club members there that I spoke to we're extremely nice and welcoming.. I'll definitely play here if I'm in Wales again.

Message: Great along by rest bay as they have a easy walking boardwalk as you can see in the photo, its great for people who have walking difficulties and wheel chair friendly and a lot of lovely benches to sit and take in the view. There are toilets a mobile food and drinks they are building a new visiting centre should be finished this summer.. Car Park is pay and display disable free. Car Park shuts at 7pm but if your car is still in there you can still get out after that time. There is a RNIL there. Great beach for surfers and body boarders but the sea at Rest Bay does have strong rip currents be aware if your not a strong swimmer dont go out to far, its stronger when the tide is turning.. Otherwise enjoy this little gem part of Wales and golden beaches..
